Development training

Sept 2019

If your child is reception or year 1 and is interested in football, please contact Mark Aylward for further details or just come along and meet the coaches. Training is on Saturday mornings at Silver End Pavilion, from 9am for an hour. The emphasis is on having fun and getting involved with other children while learning how to play football.

Safeguarding your children

You may be aware of recent press reporting child abuse allegations raised by players who have had the courage to highlight abuse that they have been subjected to in the past. We are confident in the breadth of work being undertaken in this field across the country but are never complacent.

As a Charter Standard club affiliated to the F.A, we continue to work hard to provide a safe environment for children, ensuring all our volunteers hold current CRC certificates and each team has qualified coaches and first aid training. Please see our safeguarding policy under our Documents tab.

Please take 60 seconds to watch a new film featuring players from our national teams.

The F.A have commissioned the NSPCC to help encourage more people to come forward and have setup a helpline number:0800 023 2642.
